Our client, creator of the world's most widely-used real-time 3D (RT3D) development platform, needed help migrating from a legacy application to their Atlassian ecosystem–– A combination of On-Premise (Data Center) and Cloud based JIRA Service Desk.
The requirements for this project went beyond the limits of any out of the box capabilities for Cloud, especially since they needed to connect and communicate between JSD Cloud and JIRA Data Center on-premise.
We utilized custom scripting that allowed the client to use JSD Cloud and JIRA DC on-premise in a way that will protect their IP and global development community. We provided our client with documentation and easy to follow instructions so that the client is able to modify scripts to support their initial early adopter testing and then easily remove it when they go live. Our team also performed a methodical clean up of their current environment which hadn’t had a dedicated Atlassian Administrator for years.
